heading to camp on the 11th. still no takers for camp cook. We had our 1st snow up high, down to 5000 feet. My range runs about 6000, with a few peaks to 7000. River at 1500, private property to about 3500.Pipepusher is planning on hunting that area between the two. A couple good snows, up high, is good. Still hiking, last week Mount Coeur d' Alene went on the completed summit list. 2300 feet elevation gain and a 10 mile loop. (home by noon for lunch) The mulies should have removed their velvet , by last week or so, and the bachelor groups are still be together. Sleep is starting to come harder.
